1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to use GetSeen.ng.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Membership Plans

• Free Membership and Premium Membership options are available.

• Premium Membership grants access to additional earning opportunities and higher payout thresholds.

• Fees for Premium Membership are non-refundable.

3. Earning Through Sponsored Ads

• Users can earn money by sharing approved sponsored ads on their WhatsApp status.

• You must follow the required steps to earn:

  1. Select and verify an ad.

  2. Share it on your WhatsApp status.

  3. Take a screenshot immediately after posting.

  4. Take another screenshot 23 hours later showing view count.

  5. Submit both screenshots as proof.

• Payments are processed weekly once proof is approved.

4. Proof Submission and Verification

• All submitted proofs will be reviewed for authenticity.

• Submitting fake or manipulated proof is strictly prohibited.

• Detection of fake or fraudulent activity will result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all earnings.

5. Referral Program

• You can earn by inviting others to join the platform.

• You will receive a commission for each valid referral and a 10% commission when your referral upgrades to Premium Membership.

• Referral abuse (e.g., creating fake accounts) is prohibited and will lead to account termination.

6. Running Ads on the Platform

• Advertisers can create and promote ads via users’ WhatsApp statuses.

• You must fund your wallet before launching a campaign.

• Ads are reviewed for compliance with our guidelines.

• Ads violating our content or ethical policies will be rejected without refund.

7. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes.

• Do not impersonate others or use deceptive practices.

8. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Submission of fake proofs

  • Abuse of the referral system

9. Modifications

• GetSeen.ng reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

10. Disclaimer

• GetSeen.ng is not liable for losses due to technical issues, unauthorized access, or third-party content.
